Prairie Woods Nature Center Campaign
Amount Raised: $4.8 millionBuilding on a rich tradition of conservation and love of the outdoors, Sioux County sought to build a new home for educational programming. Partnering with RGI to first complete a Pre-Campaign Process then conduct a successful capital campaign, the project received broad support county-wide and included soliciting both public investments (county, municipal), investment from the State of Iowa through a successful Enhance Iowa Grant application and local fundraising. Prairie Woods Nature Center is now the highlight of the year for students of all ages who visit and learn to love the natural world surrounding us.
