Endowment Campaign
Amount Raised: $3 millionUnderstanding the dynamic effects of local healthcare, Spencer Hospital and the greater Clay County community worked together to secure critical endowment funds to ensure continued access to care, close to home. RGI, working with committed volunteers and hospital staff, conducted a Pre-Campaign Process to grow community understanding of the need for an investment in endowment before providing counsel throughout the campaign. Funding has continued to grow and investments in medical technology, family medicine and preventative services have been made possible through the success of the endowment campaign.
