RGI continues to provide counsel to TCR as the organization prepares to undertake major renovations to the historic Iowa Theater Building in downtown Cedar Rapids.  Following a successful Pre-Campaign Process, TCR staff and volunteers have worked tirelessly to secure funding needed to expand operations and unleash the potential of their spaces.  Funding mechanisms include public (state, county and municipal), foundations, corporate and individual donors.
