RGI was founded in 1990 by David who continues to provide comprehensive resource development services to a wide-variety of not-profit organizations throughout the Midwest. Primary services include Pre-Campaign Process, capital campaign counsel and annual fund development. Additional RGI services include board and leadership development, development office/program audits, materials development, grant writing and gift planning.
David brings 35 years of experience helping clients meet their objectives in projects ranging from $1 million to $130 million. Past partners include hospitals and healthcare institutions, retirement communities, private education, social service agencies, arts & cultural institutions, religious organizations and community projects. David is a graduate of William Penn University.
Josh brings 20 years of fund development and non-profit marketing and communication management experience to RGI clients. Josh has served non-profits as a communication/marketing professional and as a development director. Josh serves a wide-array of RGI clients and has consulted on campaigns ranging from $1 million to $30 million.
Josh’s broad areas of emphasis include Pre-Campaign Process and capital campaigns, annual funds, strategic planning, marketing & communication planning and systems integration including Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge, PG Calc and Donor Perfect. Josh is a graduate of the University of Houston.
Hans serves RGI clients in partnership with David and Josh. Hans brings experience in managing complex processes and implementing effective campaign counsel to RGI partner organizations. Working with a variety of non-profit organizations, Hans ensures process implementation is seamless and delivered in a professional manner befitting the organizations we serve. He also provides Graphic Design experience with InDesign to assist clients with creative layouts and campaign materials. Hans is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa.
Nancy has retired after more than 40 years of professional gift planning experience serving Drake University and the Catholic Diocese of Des Moines/Catholic Charities as a development professional. With a national reputation as a leading authority on planned giving, she has conducted more than 400 programs on the subject of planned giving for diverse organizations. Nancy was responsible for helping Drake University raise over $320 million in her last two campaigns. Nancy provided on-site training, solicitation assistance and planned giving program mentoring for RGI partners.
RGI operations rely on Ardeth's organization and management skills. As an experienced office manager with a national disability insurance company, Ardeth has coordinated client relations pertaining to billings & receivables for nearly 30 years, ensuring that billing is efficient, convenient and accurately communicated from the beginning of any RGI contract through fulfillment. Clients may work through one of our consultants or directly with Ardeth to discuss any billing and/or expense question they may have.
