RGI was founded in 1990 by David who continues to provide comprehensive resource development services to a wide-variety of non-profit organizations throughout the Midwest. David brings nearly 40 years of experience helping clients meet their objectives in projects ranging from $1 million to $130 million.  David is a graduate of William Penn University.

Hans has worked in non-profit development assisting organizations for almost 10 years. He brings experience as a development director, grant manager, and campaign coordinator for various central Iowa non-profits and RGI clients. Hans is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa.

RGI operations rely on Ardeth's organization and management skills. As an experienced office manager with a national disability insurance company, Ardeth has coordinated client relations pertaining to billing & receivables for nearly 30 years, ensuring that billing is efficient, convenient and accurately communicated from the beginning of any RGI contract through fulfillment.
